Join me in the beautiful and tranquil setting of the Yogabee retreat centre, on a four day-long retreat to help you cultivate lightness and mindfulness in your yoga practice.
The morning classes will start with mindfulness meditation and pranayama to unblock and rebalance ourselves followed by a vinyasa flow practice. The vinyasa flow classes will be dynamic with a playful quality. We will sweat, be challenged, explore, breathe and most importantly feel good and inspired. The evening classes will be yin and soft with a focus on the elements, this is all about introspection and journeying inwards and releasing tensions.
I hope that by the end of the four days you are left feeling a real sense of connection to yourself, filled with clarity, lightness and energy and a set of tools to go home with.
