Enjoy this Ashtanga Yoga Weekend Retreat in Domburg very near the beach!
Get away from your daily life and immerse yourself in yoga practice; re-balance and reconnect with your body and your breath.
In the mornings we will start with Pranayama (Breath work) and Led Class Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
In the afternoons we will delve into the Key Elements of Ashtanga Yoga (Ujjayi, Bandhas and Dristi), Explore asanas in details or Restorative Yoga and Pranayama.
Our very own chef will prepare daily meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy, mostly organic ingredients.
She will prepare all Plant based meals (can include vegan) which will surprise & inspire you!
This retreat is suitable for all levels. it will help to deepen and enrich understanding of this dynamic style of yoga and life-changing practice.
Teachings are in Dutch and/or English.
