Are you dreaming of an escape to the seaside for a few days of yoga and meditation to recharge your body, mind and spirit? If so, why not take a few days off from work and other obligations to take care of yourself.
On this retreat we will enjoy daily morning and afternoon yoga classes, ranging from gently juicy yin to hot and sweaty ashtanga, Pranayama (breathing) and meditation, delicious vegetarian food, evenings and mornings in silence and peaceful surroundings with the beach just a short walk away. All of this has the sole purpose of sending you back home fully recharged and invigorated, and inspired to continue with your yoga practice. All levels welcome.
Price: 395 euros per person, includes: 3 nights accomodation in the beautiful Yogabee rooms (shared rooms, 2 pp per room, single beds) all meals, drinks all day (tea and water), and daily classes with Hedi de Vree, yoga and meditation teacher and the author of the bestseller Just breathe/Blijven Ademhalen.
